Bangkok, Thailand
It was my first time in Bangkok, Thailand. I've heard about the Floating market which takes normally a two-hour bus ride from Bangkok itself. What I saw in magazines and what I heard from people about it, came to reality as I took out my new Pentax K10D and started capturing the lifestyle there. I love the atmosphere...the happenings at the Floating market. People selling food and arts & crafts were friendly and they always smiled. It was a busy moment...many were tourists, including myself and my friends, bargaining and buying....the locals were cooking on the sampan and selling. Very nice and peaceful environment, yet noisy. It was an experience taking photographs there.
